WOMEN'S MINISTRY

There's nothing better than women coming together to encourage and build one another up. That's the beauty of women's ministry. so come along dear precious Sister-in-Christ and grow with us!
 
For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us so the whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him. Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

Studying the Word of the Lord is a vital part of our spiritual growth.  Studying with other women gives additional depth and insights we may not have gained by reading on our own.  The women's ministry studies God's Word together throughout the year with morning and evening options available.  

Our bible studies are now on break, but we will be returning in September.  More information to come later this summer

Step into the beautiful, desert landscape of Arizona to enjoy God's creation while getting in some fellowship and exercise too!  Grab your gear and a friend (or two!) to join us.  

All experience levels are welcome, but be sure to check with your physician before hiking if you have any medical conditions.  Even hiking easy trails is considered an endurance sport.

The Quilts for Christ ministry is for ladies who love quilting or want to learn how to quilt.  The quilts made be these talented women are given our high school seniors as a graduation gift, to those who are home bound, and for our veterans who've sacrificially served our country.

Quilting is nearly a lost art and these gals want to pass on their knowledge to the next generation so the ministry can continue for years to come.

If you are a quilter and want a place to work with friends, please join us.  If you've never quilted but want to learn, we're happy to teach you!

Crafting is always fun, but even more so when you can do it with friends!

This group of ladies meets on the third Saturday of every month at 12:00pm to work on their projects.  No matter what kind of craft you are working on (scrapbooking, card making, painting, sewing, crocheting, etc.) you are welcome to bring your project to the church so you can work on it in a room full of like-minded women.

This meeting time is open to girls in their preteens up through adulthood.  No materials are provided, just the time and space to craft and fellowship.

Fellowship is key to spiritual growth.  The ladies have a weekend retreat every year in the fall.  It's a time to get away from the day to day grind and enjoy time with fellow believers, laughing, worshipping and studying the Word of the Lord together.
